Phoenix builds new shared ownership homes in Bromley

Springbank Court, in Bromley, is the first shared ownership development to be completed by Phoenix.

The new development features eight new 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes and over looks Ravensbourne River and parkland. New residents enjoy private balconies and a landscaped communal garden – accessible for all.

One buyer that saw Springbank Court as a home is Lesley (pictured). Lesley and her husband were privately renting a two-bed house in Selhurst and wanted to put down roots for their son, as well as have a home with outdoor space to enjoy and relax.
