Success for the first Chat & Chips of 2021

Over 50 people from our local community joined us on 3 June at Chingley Close Green to find out more about our plans to build much needed new homes for rent and shared ownership in the Arcus Road area.

On the day, local residents were able to come along and see our revised plans following their feedback at an earlier resident consultation event held in December 2020. To find out more, you can view the display boards here.

As a resident-led and community-based housing association, we want to involve neighbours and the broader community whenever we develop plans to build new homes to help ease this crisis, and believe the best results are achieved when residents and staff work together.

We will submit the planning application for our proposal to Lewisham Council for formal consultation and approval in July 2021.
