Direct debit – the easiest way to pay
From this month until 30 April 2021, you can be in with a chance to win one of seven prizes with our Direct Debit prize draw.
Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way to pay your rent or service charge. Your payment will automatically come out of your bank or building society account whenever a payment is due, so that you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay your rent or service charge.
You also don’t need to notify your bank or building society if the amount of your payment changes,we will do it for you.
Resident and Prize Draw winner, Tiziana Pezzoni (pictured), said: “I pay my service charges and rent by Direct Debit as it’s the most convenient for me. That gives me a piece of mind and I don’t have to worry each month when rent is due to make a payment.
Competiton Time!
Everyone who signs up to Direct Debit and continuously makes payments for nine months will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win £300 (x2) or £75 voucher (x5). Winners will be announced in February 2021.
