Vote now and decide who wins a share of £100,000!

Voting for this year's Community Chest has now closed.

Each year, our award-winning Community Chest offers up to £100,000 to fund community projects through small grants (up to £2,500) and large grants (up to £20,000). It’s up to Phoenix tenants to decide which community projects will receive a share of this year’s fund. 

The resident-led evaluation panel awarded 11 projects to receive small grants. You can find out more about the projects here. The panel shortlisted 10 large grants projects for our tenant vote.

The shortlisted projects have made a short video about their project to help our tenants decide who should receive their vote.

Phoenix Community Housing tenants can vote for up to five projects online, by post (a voting form is included in the May Phoenix Flyer) or over the phone (0800 0285 700).

Phoenix Chief Executive, Jim Ripley said: "Since 2013, our Community Chest has funded 81 projects which have delivered real and tangible benefit for more than 21,000 people in our community.

After the pandemic we need to come together more now than ever, and this funding will have a real positive impact on the recovery of our community. 

I'm looking forward to seeing which projects our tenants vote for and seeing the winners in action!"
