Do you want to find out how fit you really are? Get a free health 'MOT' check at our walk-in clinic at The WG Grace Centre on Monday 27 June.
The health MOT will check your overall physical health including blood pressure, BMI and a 30-minute stand and sit test. Our health expert Abbie will be on hand to not only give you a health test but give advice and plans to help you improve your health.
The health checks are open to any Phoenix resident over the age of 16. There’s no need to book, just drop in! If you would like more information, drop Abbie an email.
