All Phoenix Shareholders are invited to join us for this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key event for shareholding residents to hear about our performance, our future plans and to put questions to our Executive Team. Resident shareholders also vote on resolutions as part of the formal business for the evening.
This year’s AGM will take place on Tuesday 26 September from 6-9pm. There will be food and refreshments. Please let us know in advance if you have any childcare needs.
Shareholders can take part by casting their votes in person at The Green Man, by proxy and through attending online.
We’re running a prize draw for resident shareholders* who attend the meeting or take part by a proxy vote - winners can win vouchers worth up to £250!

To receive the Annual Report.
To receive the Financial Statements and Report of the Auditors for the year ended 31 March 2023.
The reappointment of the external auditor.

* The prize draw will be held at the end of the AGM and Phoenix shareholders who return their votes by proxy, attend online or in person will be entered. Resident Board Members and relatives of Phoenix staff are excluded from the prize draw.
